Angela Sun
Angela Sun was born in Santa Clara County, CA on 19 October 1979. She is a American sportscaster journalist documentary filmmaker and television host. Angela Sun is a multi-award winning journalist, sportscaster and producer. She earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Communications from the University of California. Sun's surfing abilities were exceptional and she participated in several pro-am competitions. She was sponsored by major brands, such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. It was the fame that she earned from her participation in these events that propelled Sun into the world of entertainment. She, later on went to become an actress sportscaster as well as a film director. Sun was a anchor that has been on numerous news channels. In 2003, Sun was the Fox Sports Net Correspondent. She was host of American Ninja Warrior along with Matt Iseman in 2012. Sun hosts The Yahoo Sports Minute from the year 2014 until 2015. She was the sole Asian-American to ever appear in the ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun has worked in numerous films, and her talents in acting have been acknowledged and appreciated. Sun has appeared in movies like Goliath (2016, Hit the Floor 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009), Shackled 2005 Street Kings 2008 and Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004. Sun's feature length document Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch was a film about the effects of the plastic waste on oceans. She composed, directed, and produced it all by herself.
